Our clients, who come for the first time, get often disoriented. The problem is the turn to a car-park from Uvoz street. When you turn, you need to cross a pavement (2-3m wide) and continue through a car-park to its end (behind the church), where is our pension located.
If you are coming the first time, print out these instructions and a related map. It will make your journey much easier.
Coming by car
On the highway D1 take an exit 194 It will bring you to the center and to BRNO-CENTRUM a pojedete do centra na Mendlovo namesti (Mendel's square). There is a car park next to the church (Basilica of Virgin Mary's Assumption - Bazilika Nanebevzetí Panny Marie - see the map mentioned above). You can get there only from crossroads Uvoz-Pekarska. In case you come from Pekarska street, go all the way down to its T-shaped end. There cross a pavement of 2-3m width and through park car go behind the church. Other directions
From the bus station go to the main train station. It is only 5 minute walk through new shopping mole Vankovka. There take tram no. 1 (heading Brnenske vystaviste - the Brno Trade Fairs). Get off at Mendlovo namesti. There follow our map to get behind the church (Basilica of Virgin Mary's Assumption - Bazilika Nanebevzetí Panny Marie) on the right. The Brno Old-town pension is located there.
